Muncie4Speed.com aims to become a comprehensive technical reference for Muncie 4-speed transmissions, including M20, M21, and M22 reference data, a casting-number database, date-code and assembly-stamp decoding, identification tools, part numbers, application information, technical articles, calculators, and original diagrams.

Project status

The application foundation is complete. The Muncie technical database and content are being prepared separately as structured research packages and have not yet been imported. No Muncie technical facts are hard-coded into the application logic.

Principles

• Technical facts are stored as data/content, not embedded in PHP.
• Every technical claim will eventually be associated with a source record.
• Every externally sourced media asset will carry provenance and rights metadata.
• Advertising and affiliate functionality is built in as an abstraction but disabled by default.
• The site is designed to run on ordinary shared PHP/MySQL hosting.
